Simply order by 10am and Collect by 5pm at our Basildon Store the Same Day. We'll notify you once your order is ready to collect.
✓ Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day
✓ Orders placed after 10am on Thursday and before 10am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday
✓ You can enter delivery instructions when placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". However Wosiwosi are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier
✓ If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery
✓ We will notify you as soon as your parcels leave our facility and also provide and estimate time of arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery
